Espire Group Programs
At Espire, our small group programs are designed to support children’s development in a fun, engaging, and neuro-affirming environment. Each program focuses on building the foundational skills children need for everyday success, from developing fine motor and self-regulation skills to preparing for a confident start to school. Sessions combine purposeful play, evidence-based strategies, and a strengths-based approach, helping every child shine in their own unique way.

Bright Beginners:
Bright Beginners helps children prepare for a positive and confident transition to school.
Through play-based activities, children build skills in attention, emotional regulation, social participation, and independence — while strengthening pre-writing, fine motor, and self-care abilities. Each session is designed to support school readiness in a way that feels enjoyable and achievable for every child.
Little Engines:
Little Engines supports children in developing fine motor, coordination, and sensory regulation skills.
Through playful, movement-based activities, children refine hand strength, grasp, bilateral coordination, and motor planning — while also learning strategies to feel calm, focused, and ready to participate in daily activities at home, preschool, or school.
